I needed to track my diet. So this will be a page that is the doorway to my daily tracking of my diet.
I started on Valentines day by logging my meals and posting it under this page by day.
I am also going to take pictures and videos of my meals. The first video that I took was a hassle to upload. The Wordpress application on my Blackberry has a video inserting option but when I tried to upload the video I got an error that it was an unsupported format.
I then emailed the video to YouTube and then downloaded the video back to my Blackberry from Youtube in a MP4 format. The MP4 format was able to be up loaded to the post using the Word Press application on my Blackberry.
