<p>Provide a clear call to action. Whether you use graphic buttons or hot-linked text (or both), tell your visitor what they need to do. We recommend 2 calls to action on your landing page. So, Join Now Free and Search are two calls to action.</p>

<p>Be crystal clear in your goals. Keep your description copy on point as a logical progression from your headline and offer.</p>
<p>4. </p>
<p>Write to the screen. Take a piece of paper and frame-out where your text, buttons, and design elements will go. Keep the landing page short so all your content will be seen “above the fold” a visitor will make a decision about your site in less than 3 seconds.</p>

			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>The last couple of days I added a few pages with my daily workouts and food intake. I started doing this on Valentines day and almost kept good records of everything. I say almost good because I wanted to record all the foods by picture, video and text on my Blog. I have not taken pictures and written text of all foods but most is here and with time and efficiency I will only get better. </p>
<p>I am using the Wordpress application on my Blackberry and so far today 2/17/10 almost everything was done with this app. Besides the video of lunch on one of my food days everything was easy. </p>
<p>The lunch video could not upload with the Wordpress application in my Blackberry Bold 9700. I had to send to Youtube then download back to my 9700 as a MP4 then upload with the word press application. </p>
<p>Then the format which the days a shown on the bottom of my Blog seem to be a little busy with all the days listed on the bottom. I thought I would be able to file under specific pages and the only way to view the daily pages was to go to the main page of workouts or food to see the daily logs. </p>

<p>Today is the Super Bowl, I live in South Florida so everything is about the Super Bowl around town. I did not attend any of the parties around town but I will be watching the bowl game and rooting for the New Orleans Saints.<br />
The Saints are the underdog and never won a Super Bowl. This is their time to win. The city of New Orleans needs this boost for the city. They have had hard times in the last few years.<br />
The New Orleans Saints fans are out numbering the Colts fans in South Florida at least 5 to 1. So the Saints have the support of their fans here in South Florida.<br />
I am in the gym now writing this post and after I will go to work till 4pm. Then after work I will go over my uncle&#8217;s house which is a few mile away from the newly named Sun Life Stadium where the Super Bowl will be held. I will get that imaginary feeling of being at the bowl game. </p>

My workouts were sporadic and not intense enough for me to achieve my goals. So this is the week I started back on track with my training and I will keep a record of my progress on this Blog.<br />

			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>I decide to see Avatar tonight. The only time I would make the movie was the 10:55pm showing. By the time I would get out of work and go home and change the earlier showings were not an option.  I wanted to get the full effects of the movie so I planned to see it at the Imax in Fort Lauderdale, Florida. This movie was the top grossing movie of all time and the special effects used are new to movie making.<br />
The director Mr Cameron created a new type of camera to film this movie. He had to wait for technology to advance before these cameras became a reality.<br />
I had called Imax to buy advance tickets. A couple days before my coworker Ana told me she was going after work with friends and family. She intended to leave work at 7pm and make it for the 7:50pm showing. She also intended to buy the tickets at the box office prior to the movie. How wrong she was the 7:50pm was sold out and Imax also recommends that you get to the theater 45 minutes early.</p>
<p>The last movie I saw at the Imax in Fort Lauderdale was Transformers. I got to the movie theater 25-30 minutes early and still ended up sitting at the very front of the movie theater. This was way to close, I still enjoyed the movie but would had rather sat in the middle of the theater.</p>
<p>So this morning I called Imax in Fort Lauderdale and waited on the phone for 15 minutes before I had to leave for work but I left my girlfriend on hold. It took another 15 minutes on hold so 30 minutes is needed to wait on the phone to buy advance tickets for Imax&#8217;s Avatar today.</p>
<p>I hope its all worth it. I expect it would be since it is the top grossing movie of all time.</p>
<p>Now its been 2 days since we saw the movie and it was worth the wait and the extra money to see at Imax in 3D. In some of the senses I felt I could walk onto the screen. I was entertained and my girlfriend whom always falls asleep in movies stayed awake and the movie was a late on, it ended around 2am. </p>

Those tweets were done this morning 1/29/10 around 6am. Now I am riding the recumbent bike in the LA Fitness on 184 avenue and Pines Blvd, writing a post about my two tweets.</p>
<p>While writing my post I got a couple of tweets as followers on one of my twitter account @ MobileWiseGuy maybe because I did the first tweet on MobileWiseGuy twitter account or it has more followers than @ CurtisMatthews.</p>
<p>The two follow tweets were duplicated letting me believe they have program that searches key words on twitter and initiates a follow twice.</p>

			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>Last year I rode my bike by CB Smith Park and saw they were having a concert. It was the annual Chili Cook Off, lots of country music and a chili cook off contest.</p>
<p>The main thing that caught my attention was how the surrounding area was thrashed with garbage and broken beer bottles.</p>
<p>This year I made the mistake of driving in that direction in the morning to go to the gym and like last year it was thrashed and it seems that it must go on for two day because that trash could not have gotten there at 8am. Besides the trash a mile long line of cars with confederate flags waving were waiting to get into the park. I was block from going the direction I was attempting to go and had to turn around and go to another LA Fitness in west Pembroke Pines.</p>
<p>I have to say last year I remembered that the following Monday after the Chili cook off weekend the streets were clean so I can not bitch that some country music, chili eating, beer drinking folks had a good time.</p>
<p>I am just jealous I don&#8217;t like country music that much or I would be drinking beer and eating chili with my American Flag t shirt.</p>

I decided this would be the best time to try out may Video capabilities of the Blackberry Bold 9700. The video taken below is the Macys Parade at Universal Studios in Orlando on New Years Eve. The whole video is a little over 15 minutes. I posted the Video up on the web from my Blackberry Bold 9700 with the <a href="http://qik.com/mobilewiseguy">QIK application</a>. The QIK application only work to upload videos already taken with my 9700 the app has problems and is not working to allow me to stream live video like I did before with my Blackberry Bold 9000 with the QIK application. But this video was uploaded and will give you a good sense of the quality of the video camera for the Blackberry Bold 9700.<br />

<p>I realized eating a big steak for dinner wasn&#8217;t enough protein in a day to maximize my muscle growth from the workouts I am doing. My body seems stuck in a rut. </p>
<p>I read in a article published in a Max Muscle magazine that for my body weight of 200lbs I need 160 grams or protein a day or if I split that into 4 meals 40 grams a meal, 5 meals 32 grams a meal. My concern was where to get that amount of protein from without having to eat 5 steaks a day. So today I Google protein sources and it came up with this chart. </p>

		<title>Thinking about my training today progress.</title>

			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>This holiday season has been bad for my workouts and we won&#8217;t go into my diet. I have not trained regularly or hard in weeks. My Blog show my slackness because I usually update this Blog while doing cardio after my weight training. </p>
<p>I will use this time to reflect and rest my body and joints. My knees and forearms have been sore for over 3 months now. I must have ripped something in my forearms and its hard for me to grip things or hold on to the dumbbells. My knees are stressed from the heavy weights I use or old age. My training has to be adjusted for my continued progress without injuring myself anymore. I don&#8217;t see myself progressing in my endeavor. </p>
<p>I think for the next week I will do a new workout routine. The exercises are broken up into groups and done without rest between sets. I will do one set of the first exercise in the group then moving immediately to the next exercise in that group. I will do 3 sets of each exercise in each group. The whole workout should not go beyond 45 minutes or I am moving to slow between exercises. I will do this workout until the beginning of January and evaluate my progress and my body before training heavy again. I also will be drastically changing my diet in the new year so to lose my holiday fat. </p>
