Desert at Eddie V’s in Tampa

Cooking a pork roast, whole chicken and chicken breast in the Char Broil Big Easy.

Char Boil Big Easy on the patio doing its thing with a 10lb pork roast.

Pork roast just pull out of the Big Easy. I thought I may have dried it out.

The roast turn out moist and when you warm up leftovers it will not dry out.

Whole chicken with a chicken breadt on top.
