The soup I make (healthy)

This is a soup I made with mostly vegetables. I took pictures of my ingredients and steps while making the soup.

I cut up a carrot, potato and half a onions.

These are some frozen beans I use in the soup.
Cabbage is my favorite ingredient to make this a weight loss soup.
These are the seasonings I use in the soup. I don’t add any other seasonings.

I cook my soup on a 2 burner stove that I use because fire cooks better. This burner is located in my kitchen. On the burner I am also boiling a few eggs for the protein in the soup.

The first ingredient I add to the water while boiling is the Maggie vegetable bullion. I like this seasoning instead of the chicken or beef bullion but it is a mater of taste or choice.

I boil my eggs along side of the soup.

The first vegetables I put in the boiling water are the potatoes, carrots and onions. After about 5 minutes I add the frozen vegetables and a little Sazon seasoning.

Potatoes, carrots and onions.

The cabbage is the last vegetable I add because I like the cabbage to be more crisp. If I add the cabbage earlier it gets a little to soggy for me.

Cabbage added last and I boil for 5 more minutes.

I sometimes add noodles to my soup and today I will use bean noodles.

Bean noodles

The bean noodles do not need to be added to the boiling soup I put a portion in my bowl that I intend to eat my soup in the add the soup.

Bean noodles in the bowl.

I also added 2 boiled eggs to the soup and this is optional but I do it for the protein.
