🏋️♂️ Update on my push-up challenge: I’ve completed a total of 3725 push-ups as of Day 20! 💪 However, my left elbow, which was already injured before the challenge, acted up last night, causing some discomfort. Despite this setback, I’m determined not to give up. To ensure proper recovery, I’ve decided to modify my routine and focus on the minimum requirement of 100 push-ups per day. It’s all about adapting and staying committed! 💯
Starting the day with 3130 push-ups done! Since I reached my goal of 3000 push-ups in just 15 days, I’m now shifting my focus to quality over quantity. I’ll still do a minimum of 100 push-ups per day, but I’ll also incorporate other exercises into my routine.
The Exercise Mix
In addition to push-ups, I’ll be including sit-ups every day, matching the number of push-ups. I believe in a well-rounded workout, so I’ll also incorporate a leg exercise that corresponds to the number of push-ups. To begin, I’m adding dumbbell squats for a great lower body workout.

Are you ready to get pumped up and inspired? I’m five days into the St. Jude push-up challenge, and I’m already a thousand push-ups down on day 6! Today, I completed 500 push-ups, and I’m aiming to hit the 3000 goal in just 15 days. It’s not just about the physical challenge, though. This challenge is all about raising money for the St. Jude hospital, and I’m calling on all my Facebook friends to donate to this worthy cause. Join me in this push-up challenge and let’s make a difference together. Let’s support the kids at St. Jude hospital and show them that they are not alone. Every push-up counts, and every donation makes a difference. Let’s do this!
Day 7 of St. Jude’s push-up challenge: Finished strong with 50 tonight after a morning session of 150. I’m feeling the burn for sure. 1550 push ups done so far and on track to hit the 3000 in 15 days.
Day 11 of the challenge
Day 11, and I have done 2500 push-ups so far. I am on track of hitting my goal of doing 3000 push-ups in 15 days.
At Anytime Fitness in Westchase Florida, my wife Gina and I have resumed our regular gym training routine. We prefer this gym because of its convenient location and excellent facilities. It is the perfect place for us to achieve our fitness goals.
During one of our gym sessions, we decided to take some videos of ourselves goofing around. I was showing off my chest bouncing skills, while my wife Gina was demonstrating her incredible strength by doing pushups. And let me tell you, these were not your typical girly pushups. Gina performed them with pushup bars, adding an extra level of difficulty and showcasing her impressive upper body strength.
I have to admit that I was surprised by how many pushups Gina was able to do. She managed to complete an impressive 13 pushups with ease, which is a testament to her hard work and dedication to fitness. As for me, I continue to work on building my pecs and getting them to bounce to the beat.
