Star Wars Tribute “May the Fourth Be with You!”

May 4th Star Wars Day

I went to Philippe Park and did a short video for Star Wars Day, May 4th. The tribute was done on Tocobaga Indian mound that is situated in the park it is a National Historic Landmark known as the Safety Harbor Site. It is the Ley line which carries along with them rivers of supernatural energy. Along these lines, at the places they intersect, there are pockets of concentrated energy, which can be harnessed by certain individuals.

Walking through HorsePower for kids

Horsepower for Kids

We went back to the sanctuary that Patricia the duck we rescued was staying at for the one year anniversary and I did a video walk through the place. Horsepower is devoted to the rescue and rehabilitation of sick, injured, and/or orphaned Florida wildlife species. Animals are provided with diagnoses and services.

Her swimming area got a little bigger.
She stayed outside in this cage until we took her to Horsepower

Full body workout at home

My full body workout with dumbbells, push up and pull up bar

Over the past 26 days, I’ve been dedicated to my full body workouts at home, staying active during the pandemic. Today, I’m excited to share a video from my workout on February 20th, where I incorporated dumbbells, a pull-up bar, and push-up bars. This routine has been a consistent part of my fitness journey, with 23 out of the 26 days dedicated to this full body workout.

Full body workout at home February 20th 2022

In this workout, I’ve incorporated various variations for each body part. For instance, instead of traditional curls with the dumbbells, I opted for a close grip on the pull-up bar with my palms facing me. It’s all about keeping things dynamic and challenging myself!

Stay tuned for more workout updates and join me in staying active and healthy at home. Let’s crush our fitness goals together! 💪🏋️‍♂️ #HomeWorkout #FullBodyFitness #StayActive #FitnessJourney #HealthAndWellness
