We went back to the sanctuary that Patricia the duck we rescued was staying at for the one year anniversary and I did a video walk through the place. My full body workout with dumbbells, push up and pull up bar
Over the past 26 days, I’ve been dedicated to my full body workouts at home, staying active during the pandemic. Today, I’m excited to share a video from my workout on February 20th, where I incorporated dumbbells, a pull-up bar, and push-up bars. This routine has been a consistent part of my fitness journey, with 23 out of the 26 days dedicated to this full body workout.
In this workout, I’ve incorporated various variations for each body part. For instance, instead of traditional curls with the dumbbells, I opted for a close grip on the pull-up bar with my palms facing me. It’s all about keeping things dynamic and challenging myself!
Stay tuned for more workout updates and join me in staying active and healthy at home. Let’s crush our fitness goals together! 💪🏋️♂️ #HomeWorkout #FullBodyFitness #StayActive #FitnessJourney #HealthAndWellness
Air squats are my go-to for cardio since I injured my heel, I have not been able to run. We do one hundred air squats during our 2.5-mile walk. We stopped at the lake on the way back and after walking about 2 miles. After the air squats we continue our walk, which is about a half a mile.
1000 Air squats at home
The video below is me doing air squats at home. I was supposed to work out my legs with my dumbbells, but I was tired, so I decided to make it a light day and do cardio at the same time. I got this idea for doing air squats a long time ago from a UFC fighter named Ken Shamrock. He was one of my favorites back in the early days of UFC. Shamrock stated that for cardio he did 500 air squats a day. I was in shape back in those days so when I tried to do the 500 air squats, I was able to do them after one week. The video below is me doing me air squatting at home as a substitute for leg day and to get cardio in. I did 1000 air squats below in my bedroom filming it with my Samsung S21 Ultra. I apologize for the background noise and any interruptions.
